Shipping policy

Order Confirmation & Tracking Details

Upon placing your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email containing your Order number and purchase details. Your order will then move to the processing stage, which includes warehousing, packaging and shipping. This typically takes 1-3 business days. Once processing is complete, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

When your order is dispatched, we will send you a Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To monitor the status of your shipment, simply click on the provided link. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available for the first few days after receiving your Shipping Update email. It is also normal for there to be gaps between package scans. Rest assured, this will not affect your expected delivery date.

Processing Time 

This involves confirming order details, sourcing items, conducting quality checks, and packaging. Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours after being placed and once payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time

The duration it takes for the package to reach its destination after leaving our warehouses. After processing, delivery time ranges depending on your location and stock availability.
